Plum is a juicy fruit available during the warm summer months.Plums belong to the Rosaceae family of plants, and there are quite a lot of variants of them out there. Plums are well known by many names; some are- plum, prune, and damson.

However, it is most famous by the name “Aloo Bukhara”. Approximately 140 varieties are found during the summer season. From studies, it has been estimated that it was first cultivated in Asia.
